It was our first time arriving with just myself and my 2 year old twins, so i was quite nervous checking myself. I was greeted with helping hands as soon as the doors opened. The front desk staff was outstanding! The young women checked me in right away as another gentleman asked permission to give to give our girls a cookie. The whole process took maybe 5 minutes! When we were finished, the gentleman asked if i needed assistance getting our luggage to our room. Hands down the best experience I've had. I can't thank them enough for offering so much assistance right from the start!

Over all great size room and location in the hotel, just a hop skip and jump away from our car. Super clean room, I don't think I've ever stayed in a room so clean before. And it smelled beautiful in the hall ways, but the room even better, you can tell instantly that the room was cleaned with hospital grade cleaning. Price was a deal as well, we stayed 3 days and 2 nights. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again for future stays.

A third of the price of the hotel we had canceled in downtown Milwaukee but just as nice. Near Melting Pot which was amazing. The cookies at the front desk are really good too. Pool was open until midnight for adults and looked really nice. Wish we brought our swimsuits. Makeup lighting in the bathroom was great.

We've stayed at the Country Inn in Pleasant Prairie before and Brookfield was by far the best stay we have had.
